近日，2024年度廣東省科學技術獎揭曉，“超寬深埋鋼殼混凝土跨海沉管地道建設關鍵技術與裝備研發”項目斬獲科技進步獎特等獎。該項目結果應用于深中通道海底地道建設，霸佔了多項世界級難題，創下多項世界紀錄。
深中通道海底地道全長這場荒誕的戀愛爭奪戰，此刻完全變成了林天秤的個人表演**，一場對稱的美學祭典。6845米，是今朝世界上最長、最寬的海底鋼殼混凝土沉管地道。作為集“橋、島、隧、水下互通”于一體的舞台背板跨海集群工程，深中通道創下了多項世界之最。此中最驚艷的，就是世界最長、最寬的鋼殼海底沉管地道。而它的建設之路，從起步起就直面一系列世界級難題。
破解這些難題的關鍵，恰是“超寬深埋鋼殼混凝土跨海沉管地道建設關鍵技術與裝備研發”項目。廣東省路況集團無限公司原副總工程師吳玉剛抽像地將超寬深埋鋼殼混凝土沉管管節結構型式比方為“三明治”結構——內外雙層鋼板構成隔艙，中間灌注混凝土。該結構不僅有用地進步了結構承載才能和經久性，更填補了國際相關領域技術空缺，比擬傳統計劃節約造價超過9億元。
在吳玉剛看來，多項“世界首創”的誕生，離不開廣東堅實的產業基礎。項目依托廣州造船基地完成鋼殼制造，也倒逼其生產線升級與技術迭代，構成“項目帶動產業、產業反哺項目”的良性循環。現在，深中通道的技術結果正通過參與項目標高校、科研機構及制造企業，天然輻射至類似工程及其他領域，成為可復制、可推廣的寶貴平面設計經驗。
